Cantine San Pancrazio has its roots in Salento for over 60 years. A land choosen for viticulture, just a few away from the Ionian Sea, from San Pancrazio Salentino through the territory of San Donaci, in the province of Brindisi, and extending into the Lecce province, Guagnano and Salice Salentino, before reaching Trepuzzi.

From this northern Salento town, the winery finds its origins, inaugurating its first operational headquarters at the facilities of Cavalier Antonio Bianco. United by a profound love for the land, he enthusiastically welcomed 13 local farmers, gave birth to Cooperativa Produttori Agricoli. The fine wines produced today represent the pride of those who spent their time and soul in those lands. A soul so deep, it became the heart of every bottle produced.

Ten years after the foundation, the new headquarters was opened at the current facility in San Pancrazio Salentino. The winery now counts around 400 farmers and 500 hectares of extraordinary vineyards, located in the D.O.C. Salice Salentino production area.

The warm, dry climate and particularly the toil of the farmers, produce grapes of excellent quality.

The most important grape variety is Negroamaro, a noble variety often grown as Alberello Pugliese. The grapes, hand-harvested and meticulously selected, give the wines an elegant and structured signature.

Together to Primitivo, Malvasia Nera, Montepulciano, Fiano, Malvasia Bianca, and Chardonnay are varieties that enrich a wide and carefully curated range of wines, the highest expression of the territory.
